Welcome to SDAT's Document Retrieval System where images of filed
documents are made available absolutely free to the public. The available
images are from January 1, 2001 and go forward. The Department makes
no warranties or other representations about the authenticity, accuracy or
completeness of the imaged documents that originate from third parties. The
Department shall under no circumstances be liable for any actions taken or
omissions made from reliance on any information contained herein from whatever
source or any other consequences from any such reliance.
Due to the use of different technologies, images will not be available for
every document filed before August 1, 2001. In the event a document you wish to
view is unavailable, click on the "Request for Copies" page and we will advise
you of alternate ways to obtain a copy of the filed document.
If there is a poor image of a filed document or the system does not include an
image of a filed document and if you have the original document, then you can
to have that document imaged with our new technology.
