The Department has available images of filed documents which are absolutely
free to the public. The available images are from documents filed on or about
August 1, 2001 and go forward. The Department makes no warranties or other
representations about the authenticity, accuracy or completeness of the imaged
documents that originate from third parties. The Department shall under no
circumstances be liable for any actions taken or omissions made from reliance
on any information contained herein from whatever source or any other
consequences from any such reliance.
Please note that the Department does not display images of documents that are
greater than 50 pages in length due to the slow response time associated with
the display of files of this size. In the event a document you wish to view is
unavailable, click on the "Request for Copies" page and you will be advised of
alternate ways to obtain a copy of the filed document.
If you find a poor image of a filed document or the system does not include an
image of a document filed after August 2001 and you have the original document,
you may contact the Department via e-mail to have that document imaged.
